Document legalization and translation between Laos and Vietnam
Birth and marriage certificates, diplomas, police clearances, company records and powers of attorney — translated and legalized so they are accepted in Vietnam or in Laos.
Vietnam is one of the largest investors in Laos. Contracts, company records and civil-status documents between the two countries need Vietnamese–Lao translation and consular legalization.
Lao documents for use in Vietnam
We translate the document, have it authenticated by the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legalized by the embassy of Vietnam competent for Laos, then send it to you or directly to the receiving office.
Documents from Vietnam for use in Laos
Documents issued in Vietnam are normally authenticated by the competent authority there and then legalized by the Lao embassy or consulate. Our international offices handle the steps abroad; we provide the certified Lao translation in Vientiane.
